Abstract:
One sector that helps Indonesian tourism is the hotel sector. Due to Covid-19, which created
social distancing and made many people reluctant to venture outside, the hotel industry had
decreased in occupancy. In 2022, Covid-19 has either begun to recede or has been effectively
combated, and as a result, many individuals have begun taking vacations. The hotel sector is
one that is beginning to grow quickly due to people's growing desire to take vacations.
Numerous hotels are beginning to reopen, and they too require personnel for their daily
operations. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of employees on the hotel's
development and whether or not all employees can cooperate to achieve the vision and mission
of the establishment. The crucial role of human resource management in recruiting employees
according to standards. Human capital works in conjunction with other departments like talent
acquisition to recruit staff members and to enhance the potential talents already possessed by
workers. The information used in this study was gathered from a variety of hotel staff,
specifically through a qualitative method that involved asking some of the hotel staff directly.
The findings of this study include knowledge of the value of each employee as well as the
procedure for hiring the best candidates.
